This test photo was taken with the lens connected to a Sony a7c with an adapter.
There is only one very small fungus at the end of the front lens. There are about 2 small point fungus on the rear lens when exposed to strong light.
In both cases, it's so slight that you won't notice that there is fungus, and I don't think it will affect photography at all.
I hope you can confirm the good condition with a test photo.
